Received a reply from @evernotehelps that they "can confirm that this is an issue we are aware of. We recognize this is a feature mentioned in our App store release notes, and we're so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our development team is tracking and diligently investigating a potential fix that can be made through Evernote as soon as possible." So apparently we need to "stay tuned".

Have the same issue -- my EN version was updated via the Apple App Store -- still no Evernote Extension in the Share list.

I also have issues with the Safari version 7.12.7 of Web Clipper -- it disables the arrow keys on both of my keyboards for use in Lumosity after 2-3 arrow key presses. Lumosity has highlighted that it is an issue as follows with Chrome web Clipper -- but I also have it in Safari.

This only started happening after the latest update == so I have disabled it for the time being.
