  1. It seems I cannot find words to express my problems, you just explain me that things should work. I posted many times that site/product doesn't allow me doing this. No ability to create ticket, no ability to change billing info, nothing. Where I can create such ticket? On what portal? That is definitely not a mobile app - it does not work 100%
  2. OK, will try the link above. I cannot update the billing info, it once remembered that I paid by card issued in Russia and now it just shows the banner that such cards are blocked by payment gateways and that is it. There are no options to enter a new card, or somehow change the way of paying on any screen, neither on the billing info nor on the plan selection screen. upd I've followed the link which advised changing the billing info, please take a look at the attached screen - it is impossible.
  3. Could you show where I can do it (screenshot will be ideal)? In my app - Settings cog - Support I have only 3 useless items - Log, - Help center and articles, -Legal support. None of them is about connecting with someone, who can solve the issue.

I have an account for more than 14 years, Evernote blocked paying from cards issued in Russia - OK, but why you PREVENT now updating the payment info at all and downgrading to the free plan without any options to pay. I've relocated and is not anymore in Russia, how I can pay for my account by any card from any country in the world? Moreover, now I cannot get any help from support (since account downgraded), even contact with them, only this forum (who knows who read it and when). Could you post a support email at least on the site, not special forms for sales, press and others, but for your users?

  6. It depends. It should not appear and then disappear on the right panel. Moreover, if you want to add a note to the specific notebook you should select it in any case (or it will be the default one). I am using only 1 notebook and the set of labels, so not taking into account the current active label when I add a new note looks like a bug.
  7. When you have a tree of labels, have on of them active and is trying to add a new note expecting that this label will be associated with the new note automatically this does not happen. Instead of this a note for a moment appears on the right panel where you can edit it and then it disappears. In order to associated a label with it again you have to find it in Incoming/Inbox folder and manually associated the same labels. I think that is the bug, since it worked several versions ago.
