I have an account for more than 14 years, Evernote blocked paying from cards issued in Russia - OK, but why you PREVENT now updating the payment info at all and downgrading to the free plan without any options to pay. I've relocated and is not anymore in Russia, how I can pay for my account by any card from any country in the world?
Moreover, now I cannot get any help from support (since account downgraded), even contact with them, only this forum (who knows who read it and when).
Could you post a support email at least on the site, not special forms for sales, press and others, but for your users?
