サポートから回答がありました。「最新版を再インストールすることで直る」とのこと。 試してみたところ、たしかに起動しました。クライアントバージョン 10.48.4 で発生していた問題は、10.48.5 (最新版) では修正されているようです。 しかし、リリースノートでバグの件に何も触れずに「安定性と信頼性が高まりました」などと宣っているのは、いくらなんでも不誠実すぎませんかね？ なおAndroid版はまだ修正されていませんが、こちらは近日中に修正版がアップされるそうです。11月7日から、もう丸4日使えてません。 こんなにサービス品質が劣化するって…

当方でも11月7日より同様の症状が出ています。英語版フォーラムでも報告が上がっています。 結論としては「フォーラムではどうしようもないので、テックサポート (https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action) に直接連絡してください」とのこと。私も先ほど報告しました。 なお当方の環境は以下です。 バージョン: 10.48.4-win-winstore-public (via Microsoft Store) プラン: Evernote Personal

If the company is aware of this problem, more announcements should be made. The service status notification site (https://status.evernote.com/) has not been updated since November 3. There should also be an announcement on the help site (https://help.evernote.com/) about this outage.

I have been having the same problem since November 7. When I start EN, the loading icon appears but never ends. Not a single note appears. I uninstalled Evernote, deleted all EN folders (%AppData%/Evernote and %LocalAppData%/Programs/Evernote) and reinstalled. However, the problem is still not resolved. This is the worst trouble. I've had the same problem in recent months. This issue occurs on any platform (web and Android). Please correct it immediately. (This issue has also been reported in another thread)
