  1. I believe you are correct. They are adding new features, charging more, but not fixing current issues...
  2. I finally switched browsers I am using Vivaldi now it appears to be an offshoot of chrome but it has the vertical tabs that I used to like in Firefox and Web Clipper works well.
  3. I see that Chrome works. Problem is I hate Chrome. But thanks for the update. I may have to use chrome when I need to clip a PDF. What a pain.
  4. Just downloaded latest evernote: 6.13.13.7425 no help for this issue. No new web clipper available...
  5. Can we get an update from EVERNOTE??
  6. Consider yourself fortunate, I've been dealing with this for over a month now...
  7. Yep I did as well... fingers crossed.
  8. Nice troubleshooting, thanks. I'll update my issue. Now we just need Evernote to fix it.
  9. I am running the same Firefox version as you. My problem started with the previous version of Firefox, I guess 60.0.0 and I was hoping the new version would help. Well That's interesting because I'm running Windows 10(64 bit) and it started when I upgraded to V 1803, I think... Did yours start with the new Firefox update?
  10. The issue, which is NOT stated correctly, is the after upgrading to Windows 10(64 bit) version 1803, I receive a message stating "This page needs to be reloaded before you can clip it. Reload the page and try again". I am unable to clip ANY PDF pages since this started.
