Is there anything one could do to get this working in 2018? The majority of my notes are very unhelpfully automatically named "Untitled Note" . Really annoying. It's such a standard in so many applications to name a file with the first line of text, it bewilders me after all this years Evernote doesn't even have this option under settings.
