I use templates, for example for meeting notes, agenda etc. The template I use has a header that includes meeting Titel, date & time etc. Iw eher a way that when for example I put the meeting name and date into the specifi field Evernote automatically names the document itself? Let's say I fill in Budget Discussion with customer ACME / 01/31/2022 the name of the note is automatically set to Budget Discussion with customer ACME - 01/31/2022.

I think it is great to have ability to link a Google Calendar to Evernote. But why not allowing to add other calendars like iCloud or Exchange/M365? - Not everyone is using Google and I personally do not want to change my complete setup just for the Evernote Calendar Integration.

Good idea, will try. Regarding saving everything in the phone book - I do only store contacts I actively use. Otherwise it is too much in it and then, as you described correctly, adding notes is easier with EN

In general a good idea - I tried it... Unfortunately it is not fully solving the issue, because you will still have the image of the original business card included. And I do not know why, but for example I cloned the card of Mr. Miller and replaced information with those of Mr. Smith it still pops up when. I search for Miller. So, being able to remove the picture of the BC would help at least. But way better it would be to be able pull contact template.

If you scan a business card and you save it to Evernote, then it is formatted as a digital business card, the information are extracted from the image via OCR and the scan is attached as an image. This is really cool and works fine. Unfortunately I also have contact information that I do not have from cards that I have scanned or Scannable is having issues to convert the scanned card into the scheme, but I want to save them in the same way and format. Better to understand, what I'm wondering about?

I really love the option to scan business cards with Scannable and the format they are being stored. It would be great to have the chance to create those information manually, i.e. if I have the details only from email signature or something similar. I tried to copy and paste from an existing scanned card. Overall it works, but I have the picture of the original card included and cannot remove it.

hmmmm... this is strange... was a big advantage over OneNote and the reason why I decided to stay. OneNote converts Office files into PDF and attaches both, so no extra step. But if I have to do this on my own for EN, will not be doomsday, but not nice.... But just in case EN team reads this.... those features are why people pay a premium over OneNote for EN. If you take away those features, do it for free version, but leave it for paying customer

I found out that pdf still works- but all office documents are just attachments i also deinstalled en completely, but after reinstalling it is still the same

I'm happy w/ V10 so far and really like it. I.e. the starting page allows me to improve work. The right click looks like the attachment. Sorry it is German, but no option to switch how to attach

Hello! This morning Evernote installed an update and one of the most important features stopped working. Normally I can pull a file, i.e. Word, PPT or PDF, into a note and it will be attached, but I also can see the content. On Friday last week it worked fine, but after the update it is just attaching the document but is not converting it. This means I need to download the file to read the content or search. Any idea on this? Stefan
