  1. I've just been testing things out. If you have the HEIC images set as on and use the Evernote App on iOS the images transfer through to the Evernote App on Mac & Windows along with the Web view. The issue with HEIC I've found is when you Airdrop the images directly from iPad to Mac so you can drag and drop into Evernote. I've found best way around this now is to insert images taken on iOS straight into the iPad Evernote App. It means having to work on the same note on 2 devices but it works for me now.
  2. Alternatively, you can set your iPhone to shoot JPGs rather than HEIC. To do this go to Settings>Camera>Formats and then select Most Compatible. Saw this in the article here: https://www.macworld.co.uk/feature/iphone/what-is-heic-3660408/ Didn't know this setting was there!
  3. It's still there as an issue. I've worked around this by installing iMazing HEIC Convertor from the Mac App Store. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/imazing-heic-converter/id1292198261?mt=12 Hopefully Evernote will add the comparability soon for HEIC images to save having to convert first.
  4. Please update the Mac & Windows Apps to recognise HEIC formats, it's crazy that we need to have to convert images!
