Cannot start Evernote on Mac

Thank you @PinkElephantThat did the trick. Installed AppCleaner, removed all files and back to business. Thank you so much for your help. -
I downloaded the latest version -Evernote-10.13.4-mac-ddl-ga-2607.dmg on my macbook pro running catalina - 10.15.7 I keep getting this message and have tried uninstalling and re-downloading and yet get the same error message .. please help if anyone knows whats going on here ?
