Hi there, sorry, i'm a subscriber too. The references to support don't help, they refer to the forum here and can't solve the problem either! It's obviously not an account related issue as even with a new account I get the same error message. Also tried VPN, no chance, only occurs with Legacy, but that's exactly what we need!
