I vote this feature up. I would like to password-protect an entire notebook. The "Encrypt text" feature is not useful to me as-is: it works only on text blocks. Upon first access, I'm asked for the notebook password. Notes are then decrypted when I click on them. ("Pay as I go") I'm OK to have encrypted notes excluded from search (i.e. not indexed) I'm OK with having whole individual notes encrypted, instead—I'd encrypt the entire set of notes in one notebook with the same key Don't care about government-grade encryption I'm OK with losing the entire notebook, if I forget the password
