  3. I truly hope you understand! It was the longest post I've written... There is no sense in everything I mentioned. 'Deadline, solution, competence'? It doesn't exist in Evernote's vocabulary! The feeling I have is that the app is not used by Evernote themselves!

  13. The issue is not to delete and undo, but rather, out of the 10 attachments, can you manage to delete just ONE instead of all of them!

  15. Currently, I'm on v10.77.0 After numerous updates, bugs that have persisted for a long time still remain. I struggle to understand how the engineering team has not addressed them; is it incompetence? I have no other foundation to consider. It absolutely justifies nothing that, until now, such bugs affecting the user experience still exist. As time passes without a solution, I become deeply frustrated! The support now no longer works; any report receives a generic message in response. Even when providing detailed information about the bug, the response is that without 'details,' the ticket cannot be resolved. I will report in videos some of the bugs that directly impact the user experience:

  18. Any note you want to share with someone, the images or attachments get corrupted when viewed through the web. A feature that never had issues before, this time, unfortunately, doesn't work. With every update, there's a new problem, one gets solved, and a new one appears. Worst of all, the support simply doesn't work anymore, not even responding about the progress, leaving only the hope that with each update, you can test to see if it has been resolved! No file you add, such as a PDF, can be viewed.
  19. I hope there's an option for a dark theme! I'm not a fan of light themes; it bothers me; it looks too pale.
  20. There is no expectation from Evernote, and to make matters worse, the support is demotivating! I have collections of tickets with no response or with a return of a generic message, and they don't even update on the progress or say they 'are aware of the issue.' I try to minimize it as much as possible, but knowing that you are being harmed by the lack of trust in the app and even more that the support has managed to get worse, only leaves frustration! The company has become far from transparent!
  21. There is a bug in 'Note Info' where the 'Updated' timestamp does not reflect the note's actual edits. Instead, it simply shows the exact time when you access the 'Note Info' option. I said 'access' and not 'edit,' which would be the correct way to change the 'update' date of a note. This feature does not make any sense in this way! The last update should only be modified if you were to edit the note, not just view the last update time. These are important options that do not work as they should! The Evernote support no longer functions, regrettable! I've never experienced this feeling before.
  22. If you are having trouble authenticating your account to enable the Gmail add-on on Android? I can't authenticate my account in any way to enable the add-on and use it in my emails. The same happens with the Web Clipper for desktop, when trying to authenticate, it keeps asking to enter the password over and over. Attached is a video capture showing the problem.   23. I'm not being pessimistic; it's the reality! There's no more transparency in support. Frederico mentioned that a feature would be reintroduced, and so far, nothing, even after several updates. You provide details with screenshots, app logs, and the support simply responds that it can't be resolved 'without more details.' Is all of this pessimism, or are you just being a yes-man?!
  24. I now receive support feedback with a simple message: 'Without a significant level of detail, we won’t be able to process your request quickly.' What more do they want?! I made a video capture, sent logs from the app. Do I have to go to the office now and show the bug in person?! What a mess the support has become! Thank you!
