  1. I use the Windows 10 EN desktop 90% of the time, and rarely use Chrome EN.  The other 10% usage is on my Android phone.

For some reason that I don't remember, I had to reset my password.  I did that and received the email message, "This change was made on the following device or browser: Operating System/Browser: Windows/Chrome."  At one time I had recorded separate usernames and passwords for the desktop and Chrome, so this message made me wonder about the desktop.  So I logged out of the desktop and attempted, without success to log back in using various passwords I had recorded.  EN desktop is telling me to reset the password but there's no response when I click on the reset button.

  2. I'm having the same problem.  I'm on Windows 10 and using a Fujitsu ScanSnap.  I scanned 10 files on March 10th to Evernote and 1 on March 12th; all failed having this same problem.  It's worked so well in the past, that I never verify the scans before shredding.  Now I've lost both the image and the original document. VERY TROUBLING INDEED.  I hope support considers this issue urgent and fixes it quickly.

  3. I am also terribly disappointed in this new version 10.1.7.  I have also been a premium subscriber for years.  I miss the ability to add tags from the top, and especially to tap on the notebook name above the note and move it from there, rather than having to go to a pull-down menu from there.  My biggest problem, however, was that I bought a new computer at about the same time as this new release, and getting Fujitsu's ScanSnap to work with it has been a nightmare.  After multiple hour-long sessions with Fujitsu's support we finally got it to scan directly to Evernote, however it scans to a newly created notebook each time!

  4. At least make it possible to copy the link to a note while within that note, rather than having to highlight it in the notes list, right click and selecting "Copy Internal Link."  It's so cumbersome, requiring multiple steps.  I agree that there should be options to edit the text of an existing hyperlink without changing the hyperlink.
