I'm about to do the same thing. I see this issue has been going on since 2015? What the heck Evernote? What brilliant nitwit thought this was such a good idea to constantly display a popup up with NO WAY for the user to turn it off going forward? In a worst case you should have an option to turn it off on the dialog box itself. Frigging annoying as all hell.
