I am using the version 10.0.4 on my Iphone X Before the update from version 10.0.0 it was impossible to synchronise notes I created from the web clipper on my phone. Since I updated, the app,duplicated several times my notes present in my Inbox notebooks And I still have a last note I cannot synchronise with my account (only available on my phone).
