Hi there, I am a paying client and a long-term user of evernote. 5 days ago I have posted a support request about some technical issues / bugs I have encountered (support ticket #2708035). No answer since then. Is this normal? Should I expect the same kind of service / speed in the future? Thanks in advance.

Just lost 2 hours of work because of this... To reproduce: - Right-click on any note and choose Duplicate note (create a number of duplicates) - Go to another computer (in my case Mac), open Evernote and Sync. Not every duplicated note will be synced. - Go back to the windows computer and sync again. All duplicated notes are gone... And you are talking about subscription changes ...
