  1. I had the same "migrating data" issue with El Capitan after upgrading to a SSD in my 2011 MacBook Pro. This was easily resolved by deleting the application, doing a "deep clean' using Dr. Cleaner (not sure if this was necessary), re-installing the application from the App Store and logging back into my account. All fixed in less that 5 minutes. Hope this helps somebody else.
