  1. I still cannot find a place to open a support ticket. I used the URL you provided and have not found the answers I am looking for. I chose Technical Issues but the page just refreshes. Why is it so difficult to find support for your product?
  2. I downloaded the new Evernote 6.06 update yesterday and it went fine. Today when I logged in it said it wanted to run the Evernote 6.06 installer, so I clicked OK. I now have 2 Evernote icons sitting on my taskbar. How do I get rid of one?
