The thick clients support dragging and dropping a note onto the folder tree to move a note to a specific folder. Having this on the web would be optimal. Barring that, make the 'Move Note' dialog useful by providing a 'Search for folder by name' and presenting the folders in the same nested view as they appear in the folder tree.
