Android app will not let me add notes to PDF

bmcshan79 posted a topic in Evernote for Android Issues (Versions 8.13.3 and under)

Evernote for android will not let me markup a pdf, but I can on OS or Windows just fine. Does anyone know why? I am a premium subscriber.
