    Thanks, Pink. I am using the latest client which is why I never updated my firmware as the scanning itself seems to work just fine. You're saying that you're having a tough time scanning using the updated firmware?

    I'm using a ScanSnap Evernote Edition scanner, and scanning has been working just fine with the new software with one exception. Since the big change, each time I scan something it creates 2 pdf files inside each note with a duplicate scan. Is there something I can do to correct this and not have to manually delete each one? Thanks.
