  1. I find it odd that after 2 years (this thread goes back to 2012) that this issue hasn't been resolved. If there are so many issues than why offer payment through iTunes. I've upgraded from my Mac EN desktop through iTunes and all my devices still show Free not Premium. I've submitted a ticket with a screen shot of my iTunes receipt. ticket #724367. Can somebody please correct asap? Thank you.
