MAC: Find and Replace?

This is not the first time I stumble on something very basic with evernote. AFAIR, a while ago it was not possible to search for substrings (only full words, or beginning of words, but not middle parts or endings). +1 for a steady step to 21th century and implementing Search and Replace. Go-go-go evernote, we know, you can do it. Or can you?
