About NoteMe

  1. Thanks, Gazumped, You have it right, but let me clarify.... the goal is to have the printer operator know nothing except which shortcut button to press on the printer keypad. Pressing that button tells bwc.brother.com to work with EN to send the PDF to the printer. Sounds good and works except : Counting keypad strokes, the shortcut isn't such a shortcut after all. Since I need to update the PDF weekly, using Pages, the PDF file that I attach to the EN is changed weekly, including the very long ID that is part of the filename seen by EN, Google Drive and DropBox. I don
  2. On our web site, I have a page with a link to an Evernote document that contains a 2-page PDF file. The Public Share link to that note never changes and is a permanent part of our web site page. The PDF filename never changes, however . . . weekly, the PDF doc is replaced with an updated PDF named exactly the same. Next, I have a printer, Brother MFC-L8850CDW, that has a shortcut that the operator presses which will download and print the PDF with just one click on the printer's keypad. Works great, until the following week, when the PDF is replaced on EN with the new, same-name PDF. W
  3. Check out v 6.0.6! Looks like printing titles on a mac is now possible!
  4. Same here! 6.0.6 seems to have resolved the Print Title issue! I did a Cmd-P (Mac) and the Print Preview shows that several flavors of notes all appear to present a title as expected. I tested these: a note with attached PDF,a note with embedded jpg,a merged note containing two notes with jpgs
  5. When I print a note from 6.0.5, the title is printed (in bold even) regardless of whether 'Print Headers' is checked. What OS are you seeing this issue on? Getting interesting! I randomly chose a note to print, which happens to be one that contains a web clip (bookmark) and, of course, the note title. The title prints beautifully! I then randomly chose another note, consisting of a bulletized list and a screen capture, and the note title. The title does NOT print! if helpful, I can send you the two links to these two notes. That's because when you use web clip to create a not

  9. Have you been able to print titles from the Evernote application on your Mac, or just from Evernote Web via Safari (or whatever browser you use)? I've found that note titles do print from Evernote Web, though not when I try and print a note from Evernote on my Mac. This is STILL a problem - almost 5 years after this thread started! Please note, Evernote! January, 2015. Can't print a title with a note from 6.0.5 mac client version of EN. But I can turn on and print 'Header', which gives multiple lines of useless information. I am AMAZED that, apparently, this problem isn't new, even tho
