After downgrading from premium to basic I can't log-in.  My email address is not recognized. 
When I downgraded I was told that my credit card would no longer be associated with my account.
But when I open my Windows 10 desktop version and go to "Help" and "Go to my Account Page" and "Manage My Subscription" it still show my credit card and under "profile" is shows my email address.

How do I get Evernote to remove my credit card information and why is my email address not recognized?
