Evernote made an announcement concerning the issue in mid 2018: https://discussion.evernote.com/announcement/72-issues-accessing-evernote-support-channels/
As I see it hasn't been fixed since then.

I am having exactly the same issue, when I click on contact help center, it says I was logged out. Then I log in, click on Send an email to Support and it says again I was logged out...

I had given up when it "started working again" One thing that I have now noticed is that it won't come up if I search for just one word. Eg. If I search for "test" I get nothing (no dialog and no results). If I search for "test speed" I get the dialog box with results. I REALLY don't know what happened and I am kind of questioning my own sanity now! :-(
Me, too. No results if I search for one word (e.g. "gold"). But if I search for several words, the results appear. Weird. Looks like a bug. Would the developers be so kind to comment on this?
PS: I use Kubuntu 16.04 LTS and Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thank you, Davie Lam, for your workaround advice for Chrome.
To Andrea Kim: In Firefox, it is similar.
Select the table -> right click -> Inspect element -> find (with your eyes) <table... (it should be located upwards) nearby -> right click -> Delete node
Works like a charm!

Finally my access to the support was resumed. I contacted Shane. D (from the link I posted above) and he "made an update to my account" which fixed the issue.
