    Before updating to the latest 10.49.4, on Ventura 13.0.1, I could paste a screenshot in a note almost instantly. Now, the screen goes dark and a pop-up says "One moment while we attach your file. It is muc slower now and I have to wait for the screen to return to active and for the pop-up to disappear. An update should make things better, not worse.
