If you're still seeing this issue, please try the following steps: 1. Log out and log back in. - If you haven't logged out for a long time, it's likely that your data is being saved using an older version of storage logic, and logging back in will kick off an upgrade procedure. We're only seeing this issue on users on the older storage. 2. Reboot the device. - If step 1 didn't fix the issue, please try rebooting the device. On certain file systems, a rare bug can happen if a file directory isn't accessed in a safe way. In this case, a directory can go into a zombie state where it can never be used. We've fixed this issue, but users that have already been affected will have to restart the device to remove the zombie directories. If the above steps still do not fix the issue, please let us know.
