About Dougie

  1. It can be done from your desktop, but it's not nearly as easy as it should be. Once you've created a note, click on the "i" at the top right to open the note's information: Title, Notebook, Tags etc. In the Location field enter the lat long of the location you want the note to appear in Atlas. It's a proper pain in the neck and I honestly can't understand why Evernote doesn't make it easy to click and drag a note location on the map. It'd vastly improve functionality for myself, and I can't help think it wouldn't be that difficult for them to implement. Hope this helps anyway. Dougie
  2. Afternoon folks, Been setting up a notebook for locations around Scotland that I want to visit, all nicely geotagged so that they display beautifully in Atlas. As I've slowly been working around the locations I move them to a second notebook (and tag them as being visited). Is there any way that I can view only the one notebook at a time in Atlas? Or is there even a way to filter notes appeaing in Atlas by tags? Seems like it should be a fairly simple thing to implement so I'm sure that it's there somewhere and I'm just being daft! Please help, you'd make my day if it's something I'm overlooking. Cheers, Dougie
