To chime in I also have this problem. I just lost another note. Note still there but all content gone. It happens erratically so I can’t reproduce it but it seems to be associated with a network not be fully connected to iPad. Evernote are you listening? I’ve been using this since Apple Pencil cameand this happens enough that I am considering giving up.
