About DanWoodsCITO

  1. The updates in the last couple of months seemed to have fixed this for me. I was locked in, so I suffered through. I'm sure many people did not.
  2. I found that turning off Context helped, but I still have problems.
  3. I turned off Context, and that seems to have helped. If this doesn't solve it, I think it is time for a viral video. Please send evidence of your slow performance and beach ball of death to dwoods at evolvedmedia com.
  4. This is happening to me as well. Restarting Evernote makes it better. When the situation is at its worst, Activity Monitor shows Evernote using up all the CPU. This has been the case for a few months. I will reluctantly leave Evernote if this doesn't get better soon. -Dan
  5. This is a crucial function for professional writers. Please make this happen so we can highlight a section and get a word count.
  6. I'd like to add my voice to the "please sync shortcuts in Evernote" crowd. One solution that would make everyone happy is to have a Synch property on each shortcut so you could turn synching on or off. The default should be on. But otherwise 5.0 is really a step forward. The borders on the notes, the improvements to the left hand menu all rock.
