Requests for Option to Toggle off AI Edit and Edit Note Toolbar

I accidentally opted-in to AI and it's driving me crazy! I would never EVER want AI to edit anything. Please please please please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow it to be turned off. It just gets in the way of being able to edit my own words.
