    I had $225 hour tech support tackle this problem, I've reported to Evernote and note one reply that wasn't AI BS. You say only APpCleaner can solve this reinstall. This is my last attempt then I switch because ethe damn popup cuts me off SO MANY times a day it is irksome and no longer tolerable.
