need help removing update prompt for "Add Helper"

Hello, I have been an Evernote user for the past 6 years. My company does not allow us to install updates unless it comes from our IT department. Attached is a screenshot of a prompt that I am receiving hourly and I do not have the ability to "Add Helper". How can I tell Evernote to stop prompting me for this feature add as I do not need/want it? If there is a better place for me to ask this question, please point me in the right direction. Thank you!
