I have 3 notebooks and only 28 notes on a free account. I would eliminate the 2 extra notebooks and consolidate into one if I could but it won't let me move notebooks.

I have a free account and right now have 28 notes but I'm being limited from creating up to the 50 note limit. I have 3 notebooks so I'm wondering if the 1 notebook/50 note limit is new and I was grandfathered in and my 3 notebooks are preventing me from creating more than 28 notes.
