Same issues with Pixel 4a. Can't open about half my notes on it, can't create notes on it. Won't scan, won't input pictures. Been this way for ~ 6 weeks. Only way I can get notes into is from the desktop version on Windows 10 (which thankfully I can block from updating) or emailing from my phone into Evernote. Version 10.5 on my Pixel 4a.
I'm going to give you one more month to fix/address/acknowledge this Evernote and then I'll be leaving you because I'm not paying for something that's become almost useless.
