Why logged into the Forum count as one device?

I'm a free user. I'm using a Windows PC and an iPhone. I logged into the forum and Evernote Web was added as his third device. I'm in trouble. In my opinion, Evernote Web is accessing 'web.desktop.evernote.com' not logged into the forum or SecuritySettings.
