Hi all, I have managed to solve the pc app problem by uninstalling and reinstalling Evernote. Thanks!

The Evernote version is v162.3.20111. There was no problem in using Evernote on my PC until I was asked to upgrade. Upgraded but cannot access.

I have been using Evernote since many years ago. Yesterday I opted to upgrade to the Annual Personal Plan, went through the whole process via Evernote on my mobile and paid via Google Play. But I can't still can't access Evernote via my PC app, and the mobile app still keeps asking me to upgrade! Appreciate any advice, as I have been finding ways to write to Evernote on this matEvernote Annual Personal Plan Paid Via Google Play on 2024-02-23 20_40_54 GMT+8.pdfter, but there seems no way to contact them.

I have just updated to a Personal Plan but still cannot access Evernote through my PC.
