Hello! I’ve been using and depending on Evernote for 13 years. Last summer I received over 100 verification codes on my phone while asleep of someone trying to get into my account with 2 factor authentication. After that I was locked out of my account. When I try to get in it asks me to reset my passcode, when I try to do that it says the user is no longer active. I’ve been living without my notes but I need them for my work/acadamia. i have already paid my yearly fee for Evernote use and there’s no way to contact for help. To sign into the forum you have to be a user so I made a new account. Anyone know how to get help on this matter?? Frustrated, Melissa
