  1. Did you read what I wrote? I can't disconnect anything. Even when I uninstall the app on one of the devices, it remains on the list. Is there an alternative method to the two I've already used to no good result I'm not aware of?
  2. This time I attempted to use the "remove a device" link on the upgrade popup it seems impossible to get rid of. Yes, I know it says two at a time, but this is what happens no matter how many boxes I tick off.
  3. You know, Evernote used to be one of the most user-friendly apps available. I don't know who's running it now, but denying people access to email support unless they run an upgrade that's just been doubled in price doesn't qualify as customer service in my experience. In any case, as the boost in price is beyond my budget, I would like to follow the suggestion to remove devices from my basic account. Unfortunately, every time I try to do so, the commercial to upgrade apparently interferes with my ability to do so. I can select the devices I desire to remove, but the button to complete the process remains grayed out. Make up your mind people. Preventing me from using even the most basic functions of the app unless I pay for the privilege isn't going to incentivize me to upgrade; quite the contrary. Meantime, I can't even access my existing notebooks because—guess what—I have to remove some devices. Yes, by all means have a moderator review this. Maybe that way I can be informed how to resolve this Catch-22.
