2024 and they still haven't fixed this. Maybe if we all threaten to move to a new platform they'll listen. Anyone know of another platform similiar to Evernote that doesn't make you click on this annoying message every time you want to access an external link? Or is that considered an unpermited third party promotion.

I agree with folks here, really hoping they'll remove that message "Press '/' for insert an element". It's extremely distracting.

I also agree there should be an option for the sidepanel to remain black. It's much easier on the eyes, and I don't necessarily want the whole screen in dark mode. It looks like they could change this based on feedback and they said to put it in this forum. https://evernote.com/blog/new-ui-2024 So everyone add your feedback here too.
