I cannot access my account and only get a blank screen

Does anyone know what this could be? I did get a spam mail few months ago, but didnt really interact with it I changed my password, tho now the login site states i changed it like 1100 days ago... (not few months ago) Even thru the 'official way' of changing my password, i just get a blank screen trying to log in Would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, tips and advice Thanks!
