Earlier today I attempted to setup 2-Factor using Google Authenticator and ran into issues with that app. Unfortunately I no longer have my verification code or backup codes and completely stuck between Password resets without verification codes. I'm on the Personal Plan (user since 2012). Ended up creating a second free account just to have access to the forums and to somehow try to locate how to create a ticket and follow their posted remediation steps.
