I didn't see any links for creating a support ticket for any of the billing topics mentioned in this thread. I was able to find the links in the other technical help topics and submitted a help ticket. Full refund was issued and I am grateful for that.
Had an automatic payment for a professional subscription go thru a few days ago. Do not want to continue due to the price increase. Downgraded my account to personal. Now I can't see support links to contact support to get a refund. How can I contact support resolve this?
