  1. I didn't see any links for creating a support ticket for any of the billing topics mentioned in this thread. I was able to find the links in the other technical help topics and submitted a help ticket. Full refund was issued and I am grateful for that.
  2. Didnt purchase app thru either Apple or Google play store. No way to request refund otherwise. This appears to be intentional.
  3. Had an automatic payment for a professional subscription go thru a few days ago. Do not want to continue due to the price increase. Downgraded my account to personal. Now I can't see support links to contact support to get a refund. How can I contact support resolve this?
