  1. Already did that. No response. Does support respond to Free account billing tickets?
  2. Logged in to the Evernote app on my Mac yesterday only to be surprised by a message that my account was now a "Free" account and presented with an option to upgrade. My account was somehow reset to a free account when, because of the all points I added to my account in 2021, my Evernote Professional subscription was not actually set to end until the fall of 2024. Additionally, in June of this year, an Evernote customer service rep added an additional 3 months to my subscription for continued inconvenience on an issue. As a result, that pushed my Evernote Professional subscription expiration into 2025. Now, out of nowhere, and with no advance warning, Evernote killed my Professional subscription, set my account to free, and I can't get in contact with Billing or Customer Service. This is ridiculous nonsense. Recommendations? Thank you.
