It's something that started for us on Monday 10/16. when we drag and drop items into our folders they will show up but then sometimes they vanish like they were never there or end up like this and have to be deleted and re-entered

it is not just one device. It is all different devices on our team of 7. I updated just this morning and it is still occuring
