Thanks, of course the issue has resolved as soon as I have posted it here!

Issues started today and have been lasting for at least 4 hours now. Evernote WEB is very slow to load (if even). I have tried restarting the computer, updating all software, using 3 different browsers, using MacBook and iPhone, trying to use the app (could not even login), switching VPN on and off. Trash has been emptied. Nothing is working.
