I am locked out of my primary account and now it is telling me I have to wait and try again later. Is there any way to bypass this wait and how long is the wait? I am dependent on my notes and not having access is causing issues at work. Please advise. Thank Note: I tried to reset my password, but no longer receive a passcode which I assume is because I'm locked out.
