I received the email to update my account with an authenticator app, but when I tried to login, it said I didn't have an account. Definitely know this is not true because I've had an account for almost 10 years with the same email. I can't find a help email (chat is closed due to high tickets) or where to submit a ticket so I had to resort to creating a new account under a different email just to write this. Can someone tag an admin or share the help desk email so I can sort out this issue?
