Alright kind troubleshooters, I knew it would be a very simple, obvious thing. I needed to check the box in my settings that says "enable v10+" which gets unchecked by default after an update. How silly. I opened a support ticket minutes before I realized this and minutes after I made my last allowed post here for the day. I did suggest to the support team that this box be automatically checked after an update in future updates, as I don't imagine many people are still using v5. Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions and help and now I know better
