Hello - has there been any updates on the stability of EN 10.60 (Win)? Besides the speed of notes coming up - which is the least of my problems, I am starting to lose notes. I was recently taking notes and I moved to another note as just part of my workflow. When I returned the notes I had written in this session were no longer there. This has been happening a lot this week - at least for me. I do not have an extensive library although I've been a member since 2012. This is becoming a show-stopper. How can I trust EN if I lose notes - especially when in a learning environment when I need to take notes and recall. I don't have anyone to email or call. Is there a customer contact email I can reach out to? Thank you
